Online Marketer at NIBC Direct

Interim management assignment, powered by Online Business Architects, as an online marketer for the online savings bank NIBC Direct. Project management of performance based online advertising campaigns, SEO, SEA, website management and -optimization.

E-commerce manager in a national media company

GrowthStories is a service innovation and optimization consultancy. With  their Online Business Architects initiative, they also provide interim management services and customized teams of (freelance) experts for clients with online ambitions and e-commerce plans. In this interim mode, I helped a national media company run and optimize their online stores.

Marketing Project manager at Somati

Somati is a leader in fire protection systems and intervention vehicles for police and fire brigades worldwide. For the implementation of a new CRM system and an optimized online presence, they asked for help.Initially a comprehensive online B2B marketing strategy was developped as an extension of the existing business and
marketing strategy.  This roadmap provided Somati  with insights on how to reach clients online, the growing importance of the web in the purchasing cycle and ways to tap into the firefighter community. In the months afterwards several parts of the strategy were put into action.

• New brand visuals and clear positioning
• The website was optimized for search engines and additional content such as presentations, video’s and informational pdf’s were created to attract and nurture leads online.
• An online survey was organised up to investigate communication preferences and overall satisfaction of customers, with the aim to find areas of service improvement
• Launch of an E-mailmarketing platform,  to support event communcation of the ‘study days’ amongst others
• Presence in social media channels, such as LinkedIn for lead generation and Facebook to reach the firefighter community.
• Social media training for sales and marketing employees, launch of Yammer as internal social media tool to create familiarity.
• Vehicle and Event photography (Expo112, Infopol, Warrington), to create online content for Somati Vehicles.
• Mapping of business processes to prepare the implementation of a CRM system
